I cannot emphasize enough how much I value Allen's services. I did not want to sell my house but neither did I want to be a landlord. I am so grateful I hired Boutique Property Management to handle all of the details. I followed Allen's advice to get the house ready to rent, used his contacts to do the work, and used him to find and vet a quality renter, which he was able to do in about one day. He collects the rent, handles any issues that come up (notifying me if they require additional costs), and I get to deposit the checks. I wouldn't have it any other way.
